Myself & the Board at Landmark East School were at our wit's end.

We were going further & further into a deficit position & there was no light at the end of the tunnel.

Enrolment numbers were not even close to where they needed to be & we as a Board could not understand where things were going wrong.

It was at that time that we engaged the services of KGI.

 

KGI was up front in what they were prepared to do & made it perfectly clear that if they felt things were too far gone they would advise us accordingly. We couldn't have dreamed of a better outcome. Not only did they come to Wolfville NS (in person) but they spent the necessary time with all the pertinent players so that they could provide the Board with a comprehensive report on their findings. Their findings were extensive, the report was condensed in such a way that we were able to review it in a short fashion & they made solid intelligent recommendations!

 

We are now moving forward with their recommendations & the School will open again in September of 2010!
